- Motor Carrier Operating Authority.
- Bodily Injury & Public Damage Insurance Coverage of $1,000,000.
- General Liability Insurance Coverage of $1,000,000
- Cargo Insurance – $100,000
- Workman’s Compensation “Where Required”
- Satisfactory DOT Rating
